As a physical activity, swimming has fantastic health benefits. As a completive sport it can challenge and inspire. For some, particularly those who enjoy open water, swimming can even be spiritually illuminating.


Immersion within

Those of us who dive into the aquatic world sometimes find something new within ourselves. The repetitive motions of swimming, the sensory denervation of being underwater, the feeling of cold can have an effect that surpasses the physical. Some swimmers experience a new level of mental awareness. Some lucky swimmers even experience, what could be called, a level of euphoric spiritual awakening. Making open water swimming more comfortable, accessible and common is our mission. By doing this we hope the mental, physical and spiritual benefits of the open water can be enjoyed by all.
